Five classes that joined the RISE project in Bologna (Italy) realized a workshop at school in which they met an artisan in order to deepen his profession and the context of working. The workshop took place in the months of February, March and April 2019.
The artisans that participated in the workshops were a "sfoglino" (a special cook who makes puff pastry) and a circus actor.
The aim of the workshop was to imply the entire class in the discovery of these "new" professions through theoretical and practical activities. The students had the opportunity to make a group experience and assess their own manujal skills thanks to the activities proposed by the artisans. They made questions on the careers of the guests and were able to image professional paths that are little known but enriching, educational and full of satisfaction and passion.
