From the 10th to the 11th of December 2018 the intermediate RISE project meeting will take place at the Universidate do Minho in Braga, Portugal. Training for teachers, Roma assistants and social workers was carried out on Saturday, 24th November, 2018 in the premises of RIC Novo mesto. The training was attended by 36 experts from elementary schools:
On the 7th of September 2018 a training day took place at the Department of Education Sciences of the University of Bologna in the frame of the RISE project. The training was focused on issues related to the school inclusion of Roma children and teenagers. Here below you can consult the program of the training.
On the 22nd of October 2018, at the IC Japigia 1 Verga of Bari, the first training meeting in the frame of RISE project took place. The event "Porrajmos: the forgotten holocaust of the Gypsies" was addressed to the schools managers and teachers. The crucial moment of the event was the dialogue-lesson among Pino Petruzzelli, director/actor of the Theater of Genova, and Luca Bravi, expert in Roma and Sinti History at the University of Florence.
